Culvert Replacement: Restoring a Safe Residential Driveway Entrance

The culvert under a residential driveway entrance had collapsed, compromising the stability and safe use of the access.

Made a precise saw cut to preserve the paved entrance, excavated and replaced the culvert, then stoned and compacted around it for long-term durability.

Parking Lot Expansion: Removing Failing Concrete Walls and Building Back Safely

Two concrete walls bordering the parking lot had tilted inward over time, shrinking usable space and creating a real risk of collapse.

Demolished the failing walls, excavated and reshaped the entrance with safe outward slopes, then installed concrete retention blocks on three sides.

Reconstruction of a Rock Wall: Stabilizing a Property in a Landslide-Prone Zone

The rock wall had collapsed and shifted because of unstable soil, on a property exposed to landslide risk.

Rebuilt the wall on a new stabilized and drained base with geotextile membranes, plus hydroseeding above to lock the slope down.

Stanstead Snow-Disposal Site: A Full-Scope Civil Engineering Build for Public Works Canada

Public Works Canada needed a brand-new snow-disposal site built from raw forest floor, with full civil, drainage and containment infrastructure.

Delivered a complete turn-key build: clearing, BNQ storm sewer, welded geomembrane basin, perimeter dike and fence platform, ready for service.

Construction of a Block Wall: Taming Steep Slopes and Fixing Stormwater Issues

Very steep slopes around the property made everyday maintenance difficult and caused recurring stormwater management issues.

Installed perimeter drainage, then built a block wall along the municipal fence to level the yard and lock the new grade in place.

Université de Sherbrooke, Faculty of Science: Interior Slab Demolition & Foundation Preparation

An interior concrete slab had to be demolished inside an active university building, but field conditions showed several unmapped layers of rebar.

Rescheduled demo to evenings, used heavier breakers, then excavated, ran utilities and backfilled in compacted lifts ready for the structural contractor.
