I HIGHLY recommend this company!
Especially Stéphane Jubinville. Ask to work with him; you won't be disappointed!

I called them to have my house drains installed and my house demolished. First, they were among the least expensive, and second, their service was impeccable. They responded to calls and followed up extremely quickly, kept to the schedule, and honored the quoted price.

They did not return calls or follow up at all. My case wasn't easy (last minute, on the Friday before the construction holidays, and Hydro-Sherbrooke didn't have time to come and disconnect the power in time, but Stéphane went above and beyond to help me and he succeeded!). The same goes for the fence around my foundation while waiting for construction to start; I hadn't thought of it, and he found a last-minute solution. I don't wish complicated cases like mine on him, but he did an EXCELLENT job from start to finish. Not to mention the final result, which met my expectations (and even exceeded them!). A Préfontaine is in good hands with someone like Stéphane. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. I LOVED my experience, which was stressful at first. A big thank you to Stéphane and A Préfontaine!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

19 yards delivered in less than 24 hours! Not only fast, but also the cheapest quote out of the 8 prices we compared.

To top it all off, the person we spoke to on the phone was very courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. As for the delivery driver, he impressed us with his positive energy. He was attentive and clearly experienced with his truck.

It's great to have such a simple and efficient transaction!
