Le ponceau sous une all\u00e9e r\u00e9sidentielle s'est effondr\u00e9, compromettant la stabilit\u00e9 de l'acc\u00e8s. Lorsqu'un ponceau c\u00e8de, le sol se d\u00e9forme et ce qui semble \u00eatre un simple creux devient rapidement un passage dangereux. Le client souhaitait que l'acc\u00e8s soit r\u00e9tabli sans que l'all\u00e9e pav\u00e9e existante ne soit endommag\u00e9e, ce qui a orient\u00e9 toute la d\u00e9marche.<\/p><\/div><\/article>

1. D\u00e9coupe pr\u00e9cise dans l'asphalte existant\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une d\u00e9coupe pr\u00e9cise dans l'asphalte existant, afin d'ouvrir la zone de travail au-dessus du ponceau endommag\u00e9 tout en pr\u00e9servant au maximum la partie pav\u00e9e de l'entr\u00e9e. Une d\u00e9coupe nette nous permet \u00e9galement d'obtenir un bord droit et contr\u00f4l\u00e9 pour le r\u00e9asphaltage ult\u00e9rieur, ce qui donne \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration finale un aspect soign\u00e9 et non une cicatrice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Excavation et enl\u00e8vement du ponceau endommag\u00e9\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00c0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la tranch\u00e9e, le ponceau endommag\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 excav\u00e9 et retir\u00e9. Travailler dans un acc\u00e8s r\u00e9sidentiel \u00e9troit exige une gestion rigoureuse des d\u00e9blais et une attention constante port\u00e9e \u00e0 l'all\u00e9e et aux am\u00e9nagements paysagers environnants. Une fois l'ancien tuyau retir\u00e9, nous avons pu \u00e9valuer la tranch\u00e9e, corriger le profil du lit de pose et pr\u00e9parer un support stable pour le nouveau ponceau.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Un nouveau ponceau a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9, puis entour\u00e9 et recouvert de pierres, mises en place et compact\u00e9es par couches successives pour assurer une fixation optimale. Un compactage ad\u00e9quat autour du ponceau emp\u00eache l'all\u00e9e situ\u00e9e au-dessus de s'affaisser sous le poids r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules ; cette \u00e9tape b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie donc de la m\u00eame attention que le ponceau lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
