Le mur de sout\u00e8nement du client s'\u00e9tait effondr\u00e9 et avait boug\u00e9 au fil du temps, cons\u00e9quence d'un profil de sol instable dans une zone expos\u00e9e aux glissements de terrain. Les r\u00e9parations de fortune sur un tel mur sont rarement durables ; le sol sous-jacent continue de bouger et les probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9apparaissent. Notre \u00e9quipe a abord\u00e9 le projet en se concentrant d'abord sur la stabilit\u00e9 du sol, puis sur le mur lui-m\u00eame, afin que la reconstruction soit r\u00e9ellement p\u00e9renne.<\/p><\/div><\/article>

1. Diagnostic du site et d\u00e9capage\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par retirer les vieilles pierres, d\u00e9caper la face endommag\u00e9e et mettre \u00e0 nu le sol naturel derri\u00e8re. Cela nous a permis de comprendre clairement ce qui bougeait et pourquoi. D\u00e8s lors, le plan \u00e9tait simple : reconstruire le mur sur une base correctement am\u00e9nag\u00e9e, avec un syst\u00e8me de drainage et une pente remodel\u00e9e, au lieu de simplement empiler des pierres sur un versant instable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Nouvelle base stabilis\u00e9e et drain\u00e9e\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Des fondations neuves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9es avec une base granulaire stabilis\u00e9e et bien drain\u00e9e. Le remodelage du terrain \u00e0 ce stade permet au nouveau mur de reposer sur un sol ferme et d'\u00e9vacuer l'eau correctement, deux caract\u00e9ristiques dont le mur d'origine \u00e9tait d\u00e9pourvu. Sans cette base, m\u00eame des pierres parfaitement pos\u00e9es finissent par se d\u00e9placer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Drainage et membranes g\u00e9otextiles\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Derri\u00e8re le mur, nous avons install\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes de drainage et des membranes g\u00e9otextiles pour permettre \u00e0 l'eau de s'\u00e9couler \u00e0 travers la structure plut\u00f4t que de s'y accumuler. La pression hydrostatique \u00e9tant l'une des principales causes de rupture des murs de sout\u00e8nement sur ce type de terrain, il \u00e9tait indispensable de la prendre en compte lors de la reconstruction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

4. Protection des talus par hydroensemencement\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Une fois le mur et le syst\u00e8me de drainage install\u00e9s, nous avons finalis\u00e9 la pente par hydroensemencement afin de favoriser une implantation rapide de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation. Le syst\u00e8me racinaire limite l'\u00e9rosion de surface et prot\u00e8ge les travaux que nous venons d'enfouir, notamment lors des fortes crues printani\u00e8res. Ce d\u00e9tail discret contribue \u00e0 prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de l'ensemble de l'installation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Reconstruit sur une base stabilis\u00e9e et drain\u00e9e, avec des g\u00e9otextiles adapt\u00e9s et un talus prot\u00e9g\u00e9, le mur remplit d\u00e9sormais la fonction que l'original ne pouvait pas : il reste en place. Sur un terrain sujet aux glissements de terrain, cette combinaison de travaux de terrassement, de drainage et de protection de surface transforme une solution ponctuelle en une solution durable.<\/p><\/article><\/main>
